GAME Program: Find your customer problem
In the 7 sessions, the following topics will be covered:
Session 1: Kick-off & Preparation | In this session, you introduce yourself to the other participants and learn more about each other, both personally and professionally.
Session 2: Startup Framework | You will learn how Dutch startups grow, what you can learn from other startups, and which activities should be given priority.
Session 3: Market Discovery | You will learn who your customer is and which assumptions you have regarding your customer. Additionally, you learn how big the market really is.
Session 4: Customer Conversations | You will learn how to have a good conversation, what questions to ask, and how to introduce yourself.
Session 5: Analyzing Customer Conversations | You will learn how to collect essential information, identify customer needs, and recognize valuable patterns.
Session 6: Decision Making Unit (DMU) | You will learn who is involved in the purchasing process and how each individual influences this process. Moreover, you learn to identify the problems of the stakeholders.
Session 7: Validation of customer problems | You learn which customer segment has the biggest problem and how to validate this problem. Moreover, you learn when your validation is successful.
