Are you ready for your next stage of growth and are you seeking guidance and support to successfully scale your business? The 6-month HardTech Accelerator program is specifically designed for you! Apply for the HardTech Accelerator, starting in January 2025, and receive access to the tools, resources, and expertise necessary to overcome barriers and achieve your growth ambitions.
What will you gain from this program?
With support from a multidisciplinary team of experts we help to address your business challenges, such as raising funding and increasing the customer base. We’ll guide you in creating a clear growth trajectory, from expanding business operations to entering new markets. Key topics include overcoming scaling barriers, achieving product/market fit, building an effective scale-up team, optimizing sales processes, and selecting the right financing strategy for growth.
The 6-month program includes:
- A thorough business scan, conducted by experts, to identify your key development goals.
- A customized Development Plan outlining actionable steps to achieve your business objectives.
- Six group sessions with masterclasses on scaling topics relevant to your business growth.
- Masterclasses on optimizing your sales process, reducing lead time, and lowering customer acquisition costs.
- Additionally, we’ll cover scaling strategies with a focus on creating a funding strategy aligned with your growth plans.
- Personal mentorship through bi-weekly progress meetings, together you will work to achieve your set goals.
- Access to industry experts to tackle specific challenges that may be hindering your company's growth.
Group training sessions take place once a month on a Wednesday. One-on-one sessions with your Business Developer will take place twice a month.
